1. Acceptance of terms
These terms govern the use of the website https://meridianload.ru and the Telegram bots @MeridianDownBot, @MeridianVipBot and @MeridianHelpBot (together, the “Service”). The Service is administered by Maksim Eduardovich Domakhin (the “Administration”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
The Service is a technical tool that, using a link submitted by the user, retrieves a publicly available video or audio file from a third-party site and delivers it to the user. The Service does not host, create or pre-screen such content. Downloading on the website is free and requires no registration. The set of features and supported sites may change without prior notice.
3. Rules of use
- Use the Service only for content you have the rights to: your own materials, freely licensed materials, or materials the copyright holder allows to be downloaded.
- Comply with the laws of the Russian Federation, of your country of residence and the rights of third parties.
- Do not send automated mass requests, and do not try to bypass restrictions or disrupt the operation or security of the Service and its servers.
- Do not use the Service to distribute illegal, malicious or other people’s confidential content.
The user is responsible for the use of the files obtained.
4. Copyright
Rights to materials on third-party sites belong to their copyright holders; the Administration makes no claim to them. Rights to the design, texts and program code of the Service belong to the Administration. If you are a copyright holder and believe the Service is being used to infringe your rights, write to Domakhin999@mail.ru: specify the work concerned, the link to the material and your contact details, and confirm that you are acting on behalf of the copyright holder. Justified requests are reviewed within a reasonable time.
5. Paid features (Meridian VIP)
The Telegram bots offer a paid Meridian VIP mode: no ads and no daily request limit, with priority processing. It is available only in the @MeridianVipBot bot; the current price, term and payment methods are shown in the bot before payment. By paying for VIP, you accept these terms and the terms shown in the bot. There are no automatic recurring charges.
6. Personal data and cookies
The Service processes users’ personal data (Telegram ID and profile name, submitted links and messages, IP address and technical request data, e-mail when you contact us) to provide its features, keep VIP records, respond to requests and protect against abuse. The website uses Yandex Metrica with cookies and Session Replay for traffic statistics. The data collected, purposes, retention periods and your rights under Law 152-FZ are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to it.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the availability of particular sites and videos, or the quality and content of the files obtained. The Service may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons beyond the Administration’s control.
8. Limitation of liability
The Administration is not liable for users’ actions, the content and availability of third-party sites, the operation of Telegram and communication networks, or for any losses related to the use or inability to use the Service, to the extent permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure.
9. Feedback and suggestions
You can send ideas and comments to @MeridianHelpBot. By sending them, you agree that the Administration may use them to improve the Service without any obligations to you.
10. Termination of access
You can stop using the Service at any time. The Administration may restrict or terminate the access of a user who violates these terms or the law, and may change or discontinue the Service in whole or in part.
11. Changes to the terms
The Administration may update these terms. A new version takes effect when published on this page. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the updated terms.
