Personal data processing policy · website https://meridianload.ru and the Meridian Media Telegram bots · version of 05.10.2026

This is a translation for convenience. The Russian version of the document is legally binding: https://meridianload.ru/privacy

1. General provisions

This policy has been prepared in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006 and sets out how personal data of users of the website https://meridianload.ru and the Telegram bots @MeridianDownBot, @MeridianVipBot and @MeridianHelpBot (together, the “Service”) is processed.

The personal data operator is Maksim Eduardovich Domakhin, a professional income tax payer (self-employed) (the “Operator”). Contact for personal data matters: Domakhin999@mail.ru.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to the processing of your data on the terms set out here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service and disable cookies in your browser. General rules for using the Service are set out in the Terms of Use.

2. What data is processed

The Operator does not collect special categories of personal data or biometric data, and does not ask for or store logins and passwords of your social media accounts.

3. Purposes of processing

4. Legal grounds

Data is processed on the basis of the user’s consent (Art. 6 Part 1 Clause 1 of Law 152-FZ), the need to perform an agreement to which the user is a party (Clause 5), and the Operator’s legitimate interests in protecting the Service (Clause 7). Consent is given by the user’s actions: continuing to use the website, submitting a link in the form or a message to a bot. Consent can be withdrawn at any time (section 9).

5. Cookies and Yandex Metrica

The website uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia). Metrica stores cookies and similar identifiers in the browser and collects information about how visitors use the website. The Session Replay (Webvisor) feature is enabled: it records actions on pages — navigation, clicks, scrolling, cursor movements and input into fields. The content of the link field may end up in the recording. This data helps us understand where visitors come from and where the website is inconvenient.

Statistics are available to the Operator in aggregated form. Yandex LLC processes data under its own privacy policy and Metrica terms of use. There are no third-party advertising cookies on the website.

You can opt out of cookies in your browser settings (blocking or deleting cookies for meridianload.ru) or with the official Yandex Metrica blocker. Downloading on the website will keep working.

6. Retention periods

When the periods expire or the purposes are achieved, the data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Disclosure to third parties

The Operator does not sell personal data and does not share it for advertising. Data may be processed by: Yandex LLC — as part of Yandex Metrica; Telegram — to the extent necessary for the bots to work; payment services — when paying for Meridian VIP in the bot; hosting providers whose servers run the Service. Data is disclosed to government authorities only in cases provided for by law.

The Service retrieves the files themselves from third-party sites (YouTube, VK, TikTok, etc.) through its own servers. Post previews in the result card are loaded by your browser directly from those sites’ servers, so they see your IP address, as with a normal visit. Some of the Service’s servers and Telegram are located outside the Russian Federation, so cross-border data transfer is possible to the extent necessary for the Service to work.

8. Data protection

The connection to the website is protected by HTTPS. Only the Operator has access to the servers and data. The Service stores the minimum data needed to work and regularly deletes temporary files and logs.

9. User rights

You have the right to receive information about the processing of your data, to demand its correction, blocking or deletion, to withdraw consent to processing, and to appeal the Operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or in court. To do so, write to Domakhin999@mail.ru or @MeridianHelpBot. The Operator responds to a request within 10 working days (the period may be extended by 5 working days with an explanation of the reasons).

10. Changes to the policy

The Operator may update this policy. A new version takes effect when published on this page; the version date is shown at the beginning of the document.
