Report a problem

A video won’t download, a file won’t open or the site behaves oddly — write to us

What to include in your message

1. The link you pasted — in full, exactly as you copied it.
2. The error text — word for word or as a screenshot. For example: “The content is private or available only after signing in”.
3. Where you downloaded: on the site or in the @MeridianDownBot bot, and which quality you chose.
4. Device and browser: for example, “iPhone 13, Safari” or “Windows 11, Chrome”.
5. The time it happened — this makes it easier to find the request in the logs.

You don’t need to send the login or password of your accounts — we never ask for them.

Before writing — check

• Does the link open in a browser without signing in? Private, deleted and paid posts can’t be downloaded.
• Have you hit the limit? On the site — up to 15 files per hour from one address and up to 1 GB per file. Send large files to the @MeridianDownBot bot.
• Does retrying in a few minutes help? Sometimes a platform temporarily restricts access.
• The answer to your question may already be in the FAQ.
